Direct-to-Consumer Local Delivery
GetBlok Farms provides scheduled local delivery of fresh and perishable products to eligible addresses within our current delivery area. Delivery availability, available delivery dates and time windows, and any applicable delivery charge are determined during checkout based on the delivery address, current delivery schedule, and other applicable order conditions.
Local delivery is available only to addresses that qualify within GetBlok Farms' current service area. Delivery availability is confirmed during checkout.
Available delivery days and time windows may vary based on location, farm operations, product availability, holidays, weather, vehicle availability, or other operational conditions.
Where applicable, delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location and current GetBlok Farms delivery settings and are presented to the customer before the order is submitted.
Orders that meet the current qualifying free-delivery minimum may receive free Direct-to-Consumer delivery. Because delivery pricing and promotional thresholds may change, the delivery charge and free-delivery qualification displayed in the shopping cart or checkout at the time an order is placed will control.
Pickup orders are not subject to D2C delivery charges.
Customers may select from the delivery dates and time windows made available during checkout.
GetBlok Farms will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery during the selected or communicated delivery window. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, farm operations, vehicle conditions, order volume, safety considerations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a significant delivery change is necessary, GetBlok Farms will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer using the contact information associated with the order.
When no recipient is available at the delivery location, GetBlok Farms may attempt to complete the delivery by leaving the order in a reasonably safe and accessible location at or near the delivery address.
Because our products are fresh and perishable, we will make reasonable efforts to protect unattended deliveries from environmental conditions. This may include the use of insulated delivery bags when available and appropriate. Insulated bags are not guaranteed to be available for every delivery and are not intended to provide indefinite temperature control.
Once an unattended delivery has been successfully delivered to the requested address or a reasonable location at that address, GetBlok Farms cannot control or assume responsibility for subsequent conditions affecting the order, including temperature exposure, weather, theft, animals, pests, delayed retrieval, or other circumstances occurring after delivery.
Customers are encouraged to retrieve unattended deliveries as soon as reasonably possible.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and any information reasonably necessary to access the delivery location.
If access cannot be safely or reasonably obtained, or if the address is incorrect or incomplete, GetBlok Farms may contact the customer, attempt an alternative reasonable delivery arrangement, or reschedule the delivery.
GetBlok Farms stands behind the quality of the food we grow and sell.
Our fresh and perishable products are not returnable and should not be physically returned to GetBlok Farms.
Customer satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality, condition, fulfillment, or delivery of your order for any reason, please contact GetBlok Farms. We will review the circumstances and work with you on a case-by-case basis to reach an appropriate resolution and achieve customer satisfaction.

A physical return of the affected perishable product is not required.
Nothing in the unattended-delivery provisions above prevents a customer from contacting GetBlok Farms under our satisfaction guarantee.
GetBlok Farms may delay, reschedule, modify, or cancel a delivery when reasonably necessary because of severe weather, unsafe conditions, vehicle problems, farm-production changes, product availability, emergencies, or other circumstances that could affect the safety or integrity of the delivery.
When practical, customers will be notified of material changes and offered an appropriate alternative.
